We hope you are happy with your Calmiiā„¢ order. If you change your mind, you may return your item in accordance with your statutory rights.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Calmiiā„¢ arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at rose@calmii.uk within 7 days of delivery, including photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5ā€“7 working days.
