About Calmii™
Calmii™ is a handheld tactile communication support tool designed for parent-led and adult-supervised use. Calmii™ is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or therapeutic support.

Use of Product
Calmii™ should always be used with adult supervision. It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts. Use Calmii™ at your own discretion and in line with the care guidance provided.

Orders & Availability
Products may be produced in small batches. Availability, colours, and finishes may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse or error.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and products associated with Calmii™ are the intellectual property of Calmii™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Liability
Calmii™ is supplied for supported use under adult supervision. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, Calmii™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this product.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Calmii™ products are intended for supported use under adult supervision and are not sold as toys, medical devices, or therapeutic products.
