Dispatch time

Our standard dispatch time is 7–10 working days. 

From 16th October 2026, dispatch times will be temporarily extended to 10–14 working days due to the October half-term break. Orders remain open and will be processed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Each Calmii® item is produced and packed in small batches, with care and quality checks completed before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Please note that the dispatch time refers to the time needed to produce and prepare your order. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

Orders are currently shipped within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is 5–7 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Calmii® ships to selected international destinations.

Our standard 7–10 working day production and dispatch time applies to all orders. International delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

International orders are sent using tracked services where available. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may cause additional delays outside Calmii®’s control.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Please allow the full production and delivery timeframe when placing your order, as Calmii® products are made in small batches rather than being dispatched from pre-made stock.
